Cosplay Tutorial: Aziraphale Wing Chain Lapel Pins

This is a quick instruction into how I made the wing lapel pins I wear with my Aziraphale cosplay.

Supplies:

1 pair of needle-nose or jewelry pliers

1 length of chain

2 jump rings

2 pin backs

Adhesive-due to time constraints I used hot glue

2 wing-shaped pendants

I got my wing pendants from Michaels, they were around 7 dollars in a pack. I used the two largest shown below. (I did not use the scary cherub.)

Instructions:

1. Make the chain your desired length. Mine was about 6 and a half inches, but this will vary based on where you are pinning them.

2. Using your pliers, attach the chain to the wing pendants using your jump rings.

3. Attach pin backs. I used hot glue due to time constraints, and this has held up well, but better adhesive may give you better results. I used bar-shaped pin backs, but depending on the size of your pendants you may need to use tack post or round backed ones.
